Help teams find where Orchestra can improve quality and reduce the cost of their AI workloads.

The role

Help teams find the AI workloads where Orchestra can make a measurable difference. We are building a platform that uses production work and expert judgment to improve evaluations, prompts, model routes, and specialist models. The conversation starts with the customer’s task and the economics of getting it done well.

You will work with the founders and technical team to turn early conversations into well-scoped evaluations, customer decisions, and lasting relationships. You will also help us learn which problems we should solve next.

What you’ll do

  • Find and engage teams with recurring AI workloads and a concrete need to improve quality, latency, or cost per task.
  • Run discovery with both technical users and business owners, understanding the current workflow, decision process, and consequences of failure.
  • Partner with engineering to scope evaluations with an agreed baseline, success criteria, and a realistic path to production.
  • Explain Orchestra’s approach clearly, including where frontier models remain useful and when specialist training makes sense.
  • Own opportunities through evaluation, commercial discussions, and handoff, keeping next steps and customer commitments clear.
  • Build a repeatable sales process from what works, and bring specific customer feedback into product decisions.

What you bring

  • Experience helping customers buy technical products or complex solutions, with evidence of your role in moving opportunities forward.
  • Curiosity about how AI systems work and the willingness to understand the customer’s application before proposing a solution.
  • Clear writing, careful listening, and the ability to build trust with engineers and business leaders.
  • Commercial judgment: you can distinguish an interesting experiment from a workload with a credible reason to buy.
  • Discipline about performance claims, separating a benchmark result or estimate from savings a customer has actually realized.
  • Initiative and follow-through in an environment where you will help create the playbook.

Tell us what you’ve built.

Tell us about a technical sale or customer relationship you helped build. What problem mattered, how did you establish value, and what did you personally do? We would also like to hear how you would identify a strong first workload for Orchestra. Please omit confidential customer names, pricing, and other sensitive details.
